Onkaparinga Bush and Beach

Despite its slightly misleading name, this ride is a scenic waterside meander through the seaside suburbs of the Fleurieu Peninsula. Almost the entire route runs alongside water ? either the Onkaparinga River or the beaches of Gulf St Vincent - and as the Onkaparinga is a perennial water course (an increasingly rare and treasured asset), there are guaranteed aquatic views all year round. It?s a chance to discover the saline wetlands environment of the Onkaparinga Estuary and take in the ocean views from the south coast esplanade, all on safe, off-road recreation paths.
