Strath-bourne Loop

Like Ride 41, this is a three-sided route between inland towns on the Southern Fleurieu ? but this ride has only one long, steep climb on the first stage. It?s otherwise undulating, mainly gently, finishing with a long spin across the plains leading south to The Coorong. It?s a meditative ride: long stretches without navigation and not much excitement, but a great opportunity to pedal the cobwebs out and spend time with a friend or your thoughts. It?s a good workout through great scenery with very little traffic, and at under 50kms it?s manageable for most moderately fit riders.
