You?ll see markets, mosques and meditation gardens along the way and have the opportunity to sample a range of cuisines. Start with an Indian thali, then try some Chinese bakery products before moving to Auburn for authentic shish-kebabs cooked over an open fire. This is a cultural and gastronomical tour de force!
