This ride is a typical Blue Mountains ?out and back? which follows a rough fire trail along a ridge top to the spectacular Baltzers Lookout which has stunning views out over the Grose Wilderness. From Baltzers Lookout a short walking trail leads to the spectacular Hanging Rock. Easy navigation and the short distance make this an ideal ride for less experienced cyclists looking to clock up some time on the dirt. When ridden at a reasonable pace more experienced cyclist will have a ball with the flowing nature of the trail and the numerous waterbars.
