The scenery on this ride along the coastline around Kilcunda is stunning. The National Trust classified Trestle Bridge which is crossed after Kilcunda is a great photo opportunity and viewing platform for the beach. The destination town of Wonthaggi provides a good rest point before making the return trip. There is plenty of choice in the main street for food and drink, a couple of restful parks (one at the end of the trail) and the wide roads make riding easy.
