The Rabot is a neighborhood in the Belgian city of Ghent, and together with the streets on the Blaisantvest, forms the official district of Rabot-Blaisantvest. The neighborhood was developed at the end of the 19th century as part of the booming textile industry and is part of the so-called 19th-century belt around the city. The Rabot owes its name to the centuries-old building on the Lieve, the Rabot, which is popularly called the Torekens. The district is also home to St. Joseph's Church.
