The Sint-Hilariuskerk is a church building in Bierbeek in the Belgian province of Flemish Brabant. The church is located on the Dorpsstraat on a slight elevation with the walled cemetery next to the church. The church is the parish church of the village and is dedicated to Saint Hilary.
The basilical building consists of a built-in west tower, a three-aisled nave with five bays, a protruding transept and a straight closed choir. The tower is built in sandstone for the substructure, built on the site of an older building topped by a brick bell floor covered by a constricted needle spire. On the south side of the tower is a stair turret. Furthermore, the tower has an open ground floor on the nave, an overhang with heavy cross rib vaults and a classicist portal. The nave is built with masonry pillars from the mid-12th century, a Romanesque roof truss and a wooden ceiling. The choir is square in shape and is covered by a cross vault from the twelfth century. In the outer wall there is decoration with lisenes and arch friezes on profiled corbels and inside there is a laver under a mitre arch. The lower transept is built in Maasromanesque style.
