Closed farm, now referred to as "Servaeshoeve." Already depicted on the Ferraris map (1771-77) and in the Atlas of the Neighborhood Roads (1844) as a closed farm. In the 18th century, it belonged to the Tercafs family and then passed by inheritance to the Claes family. During a division of the estate in 1785, a brewing house (brewery) with kettle, tubs, and all brewing equipment is mentioned. Later, the farm, still through inheritance, came into the possession of the Jamart and Coenen families. The farm was supplied with water via the Sint-Servaes spring, across the street.
