REO Auction

Roeselare and its surroundings are sometimes described as the vegetable garden of Belgium. Vegetable production is running at full speed. In order to sell these high-quality and fresh products of the day, an auction hall is necessary. You will be able to see how 3000 producers sell around sixty varieties of fruits and vegetables daily. Follow the game of supply and demand and discover how the price of a product is established.

With the support of Cera and RESOC, REO Veiling has recently invested in a modular kitchen. During an evening class, you will learn to cook healthy and tasty dishes using fruits and vegetables from the auction. Different course formulas are available, depending on the guest chef and the type of meal.
