Roeselare and its surroundings are sometimes described as the vegetable garden of Belgium. Vegetable production is in full swing. In order to sell these quality and fresh products, an auction room is necessary. You will be able to see how the 3000 producers sell about sixty varieties of fruit and vegetables every day. Follow the game of supply and demand and find out how a product is priced.

With the support of Cera and RESOC, REO Veiling has recently invested in a modular kitchen. During an evening class, you will learn how to cook healthy and tasty dishes with fruits and vegetables from the sale. Different course formulas are available, depending on the guest chef and the type of meal.
