Vilvoorde is a railway station located in Vilvoorde, The Netherlands. It is a station on the very first public railway line on the European mainland. From here you have excellent IC connections with Mechelen/Antwerp/Turnhout on the one hand and Brussels/Halle on the other. It is also an important station on the Gewestelijk ExpresNet (GEN).
