Against the dike and surrounded by trousers, the listed Notelaer building is surrounded by walnuts, lime trees and horse chestnuts. The Notelaer was built from 1790 to 1974 as a hunting pavilion/belvedere in the ducal domain of the d'Ursel family and is now open to the general public. On the Notelaersdomein is the Scheldt museum, the forest learning path and a literary dike path.
