Donkmeer is a 30-hectare lake with an island. At the surf club Absolut, surfing is possible, and fishing is also allowed. In addition to numerous events, the music festival Feest in het Park also takes place annually, which was named 'Coziest festival' in 2004. Tens of thousands of young people come here during the last weekend of August to stylishly celebrate the end of summer vacation to the rhythm of the music.
