The team of Laurent Ney was asked to build a bridge over the Ourthe in the municipality of Tilff, Liège. On one side is the village center and the E25 motorway, on the other side are facilities such as the hospital, the university, and the shopping center. The firm decided to construct two bridges, 136 meters long, stacked on top of each other. The upper one is intended for motor vehicle traffic. It provides protection for cyclists who are making their way to the other side one level below.
