Short but sweet, the Kordaal walking route: six kilometers of walking along the castles of Nokere (Kruishoutem). We walk through the Kordaalbos nature reserve and pass the beautiful castles of the Bonneval and Casier, both with a beautiful castle park including a pond and ramparts. The village square of Nokere is a gem. The steep cobblestone road that leads to it is known as Nokere Berg. Not just any slope, because according to geologists, this is the official division between Lower and Central Belgium. Just so you know when you hear the road bulletin again.
