Nessonvaux is the place where the pride of the Belgian car industry was located: Imperia. The factory was initially located on rue de Fragnée in Liège (traces of the factory can still be seen today); in 1907 the workshop was moved to this location, here in Nessonvaux. You can also find a fry shop here that refers to this factory, which is now a dilapidated building.
