Gijzelbrechtegem is een klein dorpje in de Belgische provincie West-Vlaanderen en een deelgemeente van Anzegem. Het was tot 1971 was het een zelfstandige gemeente. In de volksmond wordt van Grijsloke gesproken. De dorpskern van het klein plaatsje is quasi vergroeid met de bebouwing rond de stationsbuurt van de hoofdgemeente Anzegem.
Gijzelbrechtegem is thans vooral bekend door het looptreffen "Dwars door Grijsloke". Verder is er ook nog een legende rond de "Heksen van Grijsloke".
