Gijzelbrechtegem is a small village in the Belgian province of West Flanders and a part of Anzegem. Until 1971, it was an independent municipality. In popular parlance, it is referred to as Grijsloke. The village center of this small place is almost merged with the buildings surrounding the station area of the main municipality Anzegem.
Gijzelbrechtegem is currently particularly known for the running event "Dwars door Grijsloke". Additionally, there is also a legend about the "Witches of Grijsloke".
