"Fresh products and honest dishes", that is central to Peter's kitchen. Only the freshest is selected and processed artisanally in simple but creative preparations. Pure dishes, that's what it's all about, with pure products such as olive oil, natural meat (from Butchery Dobbelare), seafood from Rungis, .... Following the traditional brasseries, Peter pays attention to classic French cuisine. But there is also room for delicious Belgian dishes. In winter, for example, Peter prepares the tastiest stews, in summer the freshest tomates crevettes. Moreover, Peter pays a lot of attention to world cuisine. Italian, Spanish and even Thai dishes color the menu. A matter of new challenges and a broader view of the culinary world.
