The Wellington café is located right next to the car park of the Lion of Waterloo. Clearly a reference to one of the main players in the battle of Waterloo. Wellington was the commander of the Allied forces. His coalition won the battle thanks to an ultimate attack by the Prussian troops on the flank of the French army. Napoleon and his troops were forced to retreat.
