workshop: N.E.P.: making fake animals.
Create your own faux animal! Whether you want to craft, draw, or paint, to make a believable animal you must closely observe the 'original animal.' How many legs does it have, what is its shape, color patterns, and posture? You can find inspiration in our rich collection.
Family-friendly: This activity is fully tailored for children aged 6 to 10 years. Naturally, parents and grandparents are also welcome to encourage their (grand)children.

Animals are masters of camouflage. Some pretend to be part of the decor, or 'imitators' - harmless animals that pose as well-known dangerous animals. They also display misleading behavior. And what 'fake' behavior do we see in humans? We even take a brief look at the plant world.
