The nave-less pillar basilica, with a five-sided choir in Brabantine High Gothic from the 15th century, has a late Romanesque western tower from around 1200. The side aisles were widened in 1774. After a fire in 1940, the side aisles and the clerestory were rebuilt in the original style.
