Through the Dennenbosdreef, you enter the Hospice forests, also known as the Nazareth forests. Of these forests, which were 500 hectares large 120 years ago, only about 100 hectares remain today. The name "hospice forests" was derived from the former owner, the Hospice of Ghent, now the current OCMW. At the Department of Leisure of the municipality of Nazareth, you can obtain a guide that provides more information about this cycling and walking area.
