Description
The Zwart Water is a classified landscape with marsh and riparian vegetation as well as pine forest. The reserve has a lush vegetation. For example, you can find cinquefoil, marsh sedge, bog myrtle, heather, water lily, broad-leaved wasp orchid and even cranberry, mouse's ear and heather carrot leaves.
The reserve is also an important breeding ground for birds. We can find grebes, crested, teals, shovelers and reed bunting.
