Farmhouse Voorstraat 100, Kaprijke

The farmhouse fully retained its specific character with local building features from the second half of the 18th century. In the whitewashed façade on a painted and cemented plinth, the door is centrally placed and accentuated by a protruding and painted brick frame on noses, with ears and a curved cornice. Traditionally, the windows are equipped with wooden frames, with a wooden rod division, divided into small panes. The lower part of the window frames is closed with green painted shutters. The side gables are finished with braids. The left living area has a separate front door in the painted street façade in a frame of painted bricks.
