Kwabrugstraat no. 5. Brewery Bockor (named after the beer from the 1930s). Former "BRASSERIE O. VANDERGHINSTE", cf. inscription on the building. Brewery founded in 1875 by Felix Salembier and taken over by the Vanderghinste family in 1892. Since 1948, the buildings have remained unchanged, only the addition of a warehouse. In 1975, the offices were moved from Kortrijk to Bellegem. A brewery that strongly defines the image with, among others, a building next to the brewing hall. Opposite is a workshop under shed roofs with a chimney behind it. ROOBROEK J., Bellegem: the rural municipality 1944-1976, Kortrijk, 1986, p. 88-96.
