This building in a sober Art Deco style was realised in 1926 by the architect Jean-Baptiste Dewin, for the Belgian Red Cross.
The building was protected in 2006.
The composition of the building is very sober and shows the concern for details which can be seen in the whole oeuvre of Jean-Baptiste Dewin.
