On the road from the Netherlands/Flanders to Luxembourg, the Ardennes begin here. Just ask your legs when they explode. It's not an extremely difficult climb, but it is quite long. At the start, you ride sheltered, later the road becomes wider and more open. In Embourg and at the tank in memory of World War II, it gets a little less steep, but you only reach the top in Beaufays. The race has started, the game is on.
Due to its busy location on the outskirts of Liège, it is a fairly busy climb. But if you just come from Liège, it actually isn't that bad.
