The Beukenhof is the green lung of Vichte and is 2.5 ha in size. The park contains native trees and is freely accessible to hikers. It is an ideal training ground for sports enthusiasts but also a safe playground for romping children.
In the middle of the park is a castle from 1876 in neo-Renaissance style. At the end of 2005, the castle was thoroughly renovated and housed a bistro. Next to the castle house is a porter's house and a gardener's house. On the domain there are also spacious warehouses and horse stables that are now used by youth movements from Vichte. A butterfly garden was laid out on a site located on the southern edge.
