Host Karel and his parents Annie and Willy opened this business in 2007 with one intention; to serve their guests an honest artisanal cuisine, or as the patron puts it: "no 'grunt' in the kitchen with us"! The traditional Flemish cuisine is central. Here, everything is prepared with fresh ingredients, self-drawn kitchen stock and herbs from their own garden. Generous portions of steak, côte à l'os, grills and fresh fish are always accompanied by freshly prepared sauces, crispy fries and fresh vegetables. In the afternoon there are freshly baked pancakes and homemade ice cream. You are also welcome to come and have a drink throughout the day.
