Crest circuit at Cayaux

1. Starting from the Place de Feignies, turn your back to the church and head towards lock No. 1 of the Blaton-Ath canal. Cross the bridge and continue straight towards the wooded massif. Angle to the right of the rocky massif. Cross Emile Carlier street using the pedestrian passage and go down to the right via the rue de l'Enfer. Follow it to the end (left sidewalk) then take the first left (rue de la Montagne). 2. Take the first street on the right (Paul Pastur). At the end, turn right (rue de Condé) and at No. 119, turn left to take the impasse des Genêts, then directly to the left and follow the restored wall. At the end of the wall, turn left. Continue along the back of the gardens and, at the very end, turn right onto the path that leads to the RAVeL. Take it to the left until you reach the widening where the information panel is located (50 m). 3. Enter the Grande Bruyère through the chicane and immediately turn left. A curve to the right crosses this wild "sea of sand." Join the marked path between logs and go up to the left. Exit the reserve through a new chicane and continue alongside the football field. 4. Arrive at Emile Carlier street and follow to the left until the small bridge. Cross the street at the protected crossing and go down the stairs to the Ravel. Turn right until the end. 5. Arriving in front of the small dry stone wall, take rue du Mont d'or to the right then rue de Condé to the left. At the fork, continue to the right (rue Ferrer) and, at the clearing, take the path to the right. 6. At the end, go up to reach the bank of the Blaton-Ath canal. Continue while staying to the left of the canal. Upon reaching the bridge, cross over it and return to the starting point to the right.
