The local authorities acquired the Ryckewaertshof in 1980. It is a farmstead that was built in the 13th or 14th century by the Benedictines of Saint-Rikiers. The farm has been restored and set up as a cultural centre. The cultural centre was named after the painter Anto Diez (1914-1992), who was the first honorary citizen of the municipality. The much honoured painter has donated a unique collection of paintings to the municipality that is on display at the Ryckewaertshof. Diez' work is typified by its rich forms, deeply expressive power, penetrating honesty and refreshing openness. The building also has a space reserved for travelling exhibitions and concerts.
