The casino at Knokke-Heist has several remarkable artistic features, like Dodeigne’s ‘Eve’ statue on the square in front of the entrance and the world’s largest chandelier in the entrance hall. 7 tons of Venetian crystal and 2,000 light bulbs offer a fairy-like atmosphere, but there is also Keith Haring’s 1987 fresco, Paul Delvaux’s ‘Legendary Voyage’ and the tapestries by Jean Luçat. Certainly René Magritte’s mural ‘The Enchanted Domain’ or ‘The Enchanted Realm’ is a true treasure. The calendar of events can be obtained at the casino’s Tourist Office.
