Den IJsbol is a mixed farm with dairy cattle, beef cattle, and arable farming. Some of the milk is processed into ice cream, pancakes, waffles, butter, and buttermilk. All products are made with the utmost care. Their specialty is ice cream - deliciously fresh made with milk from their own cows. During a farm visit, the visitors are welcomed and guided by the farmer and farmer's wife themselves. Not on Thursday mornings.
