In the vicinity of the former Abbey of Eversam, the Agency for Nature and Forest planted the Eversambos in 1994 as a varied deciduous forest with beautiful shrub edges and sunny paths. In combination with the historic site of Eversam, the forest forms a beautiful piece of nature to enjoy. Because the forest was planted on heavy clay soil, it can often be quite wet after rainy periods and water-loving plants also find their place here. The forest is currently 38ha in size.
