This forest was recently established. It covers 26 hectares and is located in the territory of Moen. It was created when an open channel was made from the basement in 1973. It is only accessible via the paths. There is a 3-hectare meadow located centrally in the forest, and at the edge of the forest, there is an old canal bank with slopes. This last area covers about 10 hectares and serves as a place for fish and spawning. Both the Klyte walking route and the Boerhoven mountain biking route, as well as the Forest Walking route, run along the forest.
