Adventure course Nieuwkerke

Hiking with children boring? Not at all. The Nieuwkerke adventure course takes you along an old tram route that is enriched with small obstacles. Over a distance of 2.3 kilometres, the children can enjoy themselves in seven places. A climbing wall, stepping posts, an obstacle with elephant's feet: they are all waiting to be defied. The parents won't be bored either, because the surroundings are beautiful and at the Pont d'Amour there is even love in the air.

You only need an hour for the walk. Still, it's good to allow more time. This way, the little ones can indulge themselves in the playground and the slightly older children have extra time to extensively explore the caving box and conquer the ropes course.

The path starts at the market of Nieuwkerke. The white signs with squirrel show you the way. You can download the overview map or pick it up at the tourist office.
