Commanster 15 - 6690 VIELSALM
M. Roland MARTIN
080/21 72 90 - 080/67 90 89
This listed building was built by Henri-François Baptiste, alderman at the court of Salm and mayor of Gouvy.
The date of its construction is inscribed above the gate: 1741.
The carvings of the staircase, the coats of arms and the doors are truly beautiful.
You can taste local products - bread and cheese (Fromage du Vieux Château) - and drink a local beer - the 'Cervoise' - or eat meat grilled in wood.
The castle is open on Friday evenings, weekends, holidays and on request during the week.
