St. Joseph's Chapel
Sint-Jozefkapel was built in 1959 to replace an older chapel, cadastrally registered the same year and located in the middle of the convergence point of Kezeweide, Voorstehoek, Schermershoek and Kasteelstraat. Sober brick chapel on rectangular floor plan with three-sided closure under slate gable roof; quarry stone plinth. Gabled front with simple pointed arch door and year 1959 in the keystone; crowning cross. Pointed arch windows in the side facades. Brick interior with barrel vault and quarry stone round-arched altar niche with plaster statue of Saint Joseph and Child.
