Outrelouxhe is a place in the Belgian province of Liège and a district of Modave. Outrelouxhe is located almost seven kilometers northeast of the village center of Modave. In the district, there are a few hamlets, such as Rawsa and Saint-Jean-Sart.
The Ferraris map from the 1770s shows the place as the hamlet of Outrelouge, with the hamlet of St. Jean Sart just to the east and the hamlet of Rausa just to the northwest. At the end of the Ancien Régime, Outrelouxhe became a municipality. The nearby hamlet of Rawsa was incorporated into the municipality of Amay, and since 1842 into the new municipality of Ombret-Rawsa.
