Outrelouxhe è un comune della provincia belga di Liegi e una frazione di Modave. Outrelouxhe si trova a quasi sette chilometri a nord-est del centro abitato di Modave. Nella frazione si trovano ancora alcuni villaggi, come Rawsa e Saint-Jean-Sart.
La mappa di Ferraris degli anni 1770 mostra il luogo come il villaggio di Outrelouge, con a est il villaggio di St. Jean Sart e a nord-ovest il villaggio di Rausa. Alla fine dell'Ancien Régime, Outrelouxhe divenne un comune. Il vicino villaggio di Rawsa fu incorporato nel comune di Amay, a partire dal 1842 nel nuovo comune di Ombret-Rawsa.
