Achet is a village in the Belgian province of Namur and a part of Hamois. Achet has an area of 8.42 square kilometers.
The village is located in the Condroz about 8 kilometers northeast of Ciney. The Bocq, a tributary of the Meuse, flows through the village. To the south lies the hamlet of Monin. The southern border of Achet is formed by the N4, the connecting road between Namur and Luxembourg. Achet was an agricultural village mainly focused on livestock farming. Since the 1970s, Achet has increasingly evolved into a residential village due to its location along the N4, leading to a rise in the population.
