Heinsch is a place in the Belgian province of Luxembourg and a district of Arlon in the Arrondissement of Arlon. In the district, there are also the places Freylange, Stockem, Schoppach, Fouches, and Sampont.
At the end of the Ancien Régime, Heinsch became a municipality, which also included Freylange, Stockem, Schoppach, and Metzert. In 1877, the hamlet of Metzert was transferred from Heinsch to the new municipality of Tontelange, which was split off from the neighboring municipality of Attert.
