Sint-Baafs-Vijve is a village in the Belgian province of West Flanders and a district of Wielsbeke. It was an independent municipality until the municipal reorganization of 1977. The village is located by the river Leie. Sint-Baafs-Vijve is partly situated in the valley of the Leie, while the south belongs to Zandlemig Flanders, specifically the Highlands of Hulste. The elevation varies from 9 to 16 meters. After the Leie was straightened and canalized in 1974, a cut-off meander was preserved behind the church. In the northeast is the lower course of the Mandel, which flows into the Leie here.
