Sibret is a village in the Belgian province of Luxembourg and a sub-municipality of Vaux-sur-Sûre. Sibret has about 1000 inhabitants. The sub-municipality also includes several hamlets, such as Chenogne, Jodenville, Lavaselle, Mande-Sainte-Marie, Poisson-Moulin, and Villeroux.
At the end of the Ancien Régime, Sibret became a municipality. In 1823, the municipality was expanded. The northern neighboring municipality of Mande-Sainte-Marie was dissolved and annexed to Sibret, and the hamlet of Senonchamps was transferred from the municipality of Bastogne.
