Nerem is a village in the Belgian province of Limburg and a part of the municipality of Tongeren. The part of the municipality has an area of 4.00 km² and had 930 inhabitants in 2017. Nerem is located in the southeast of the municipality of Tongeren near the language border with Glaaien and Paifve. In the northeast, the Jeker partly forms the border with Mal and Sluizen. In the southwest, the part of the municipality borders Vreren.
