Voormezele is a village in the Belgian province of West Flanders and a district of the city of Ypres since 1977. The village has about 1000 inhabitants and is especially known for its annual Holy Blood Procession. The local pronunciation of the name is Vormezeele. The hamlet of Sint-Elooi is also located in the village.
