This townhouse has been a protected monument since 2002; it is a cottage that was rebuilt in 1923 according to a design by architect Oscar Dumon from 1910. It has a charming facade with a base made of blue sandstone and the facing of yellow ornamental stones with dark decorative bands. The pseudo-half-timbering on the second floor and at the gable consists of cement relief. The roof of the bay window also serves as the floor of a small balcony, which in turn is covered with a slate awning. While the townhouse was originally designed as a private residence, it is now used as a hotel.
