The valuable old forest with wild hyacinths in spring was left out of the grazing zone. This was the last location where blue bilberry still occurred. It was also the last known population (1960s) of the badger. The fields in front of you will be integrated into the grazing block. Along the parcel boundaries, black alder, sallows, and birch will be planted. These pioneer species produce early seeds at a young age that will populate the former fields, creating a varied landscape.
