Description

At the highest points of the Kluisberg and the Muziekberg, a small number of tumuli or prehistoric cemeteries have been preserved. They have an important archaeological value and are part of our cultural heritage. To protect the tumulus of the Kluisberg, it can only be visited under the guidance of the Agency for Nature and Forest. A separate leaflet was made about the historical elements. This leaflet 'Historical walking route' is available from the Tourist Office of the municipality, at most catering establishments and can be downloaded on www.kluisbergen.be.
